In this crazy world we live in, where a ‘40 hour working week’ really means 50+, and ‘being busy’ is worn like a badge of honour – it’s no wonder most of us are stressed to the hilt! It’s pretty much become the norm to be stressed all the time, but is all this stress really ok?
Sounds simple and it is. It’s so funny that during times of stress we forget to breathe and that is when we need to the most! just focus on your breath. Breathe in for the count of 4 and then out for the count of 4. It’s amazing how focusing on your breath brings you into the present
