Let me be clear this is not your normal slimming club. There is no calorie counting, no points, no ‘sins’.  Each session we address different issues that contribute to overeating and being overweight. We look at WHY we overeat and I give you tools to overcome a lifetime of unhealthy eating patterns and emerge slimmer, more in control and feeling confident and free. 

Reducing your food intake alone does not guarantee long term weight loss, you have first hand experience of this, don’t you? If it were that easy you’d already have the body you want.

This is an 8 week program – the next one is starting at 7pm on Weds 26th April.  It is not possible to join part way through. Attendees commit to all 8 sessions for maximum benefit. Optional private session at the end at a discounted rate of £50.
