When you work with me as your coach, expect me to hold your hand and give you a kick up the backside when necessary!
Ways we can work together
🌿 The Reset Session
75 minutes | £165
A focused, spacious session to help you get unstuck and moving again.
We’ll explore what’s going on beneath the surface, cut through the noise, and bring your attention to what actually matters right now.
You’ll leave with:
Clarity on what’s really going on
A defined focus (instead of everything feeling urgent)
A simple, realistic plan for the next few months
A renewed sense of momentum
This is a beautiful place to start if you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
🌊 Half-Day Immersion
3.5–4 hours | £495
In person, Bingham Riverhouse, Richmond
A deeper, more spacious experience, equivalent to several sessions of depth in one day.
This is your opportunity to step away from your day-to-day life and properly reconnect with yourself.
Together we will:
Explore where you are now vs where you want to be
Reconnect with what you truly want (beneath expectations)
Identify what’s been keeping things stuck
Gently work through underlying blocks
Create a clear, grounded way forward
You’ll leave with:
A deep sense of clarity and direction

6 sessions (fortnightly) | £780
This is where the deeper shifts happen.
Working together over time allows us to move beyond insight — and into real, lasting change.
Inside this space, you’ll be supported with:
Fortnightly coaching sessions
Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions
Personalised tools, exercises, and audio recordings
Therapeutic approaches where helpful (including hypnotherapy and EMDR)
This is for you if:
You’re ready to move forward with consistency and support
You want to understand and shift emotional patterns
You’re craving clarity, direction, and grounded action

12 sessions | £1,500
For when you’re ready to go further.
This longer-term space allows for deeper integration, bigger decisions, and sustained support, particularly helpful during periods of significant change.

The Becoming is a year-long container for steady, meaningful change —
where you’re supported not just in moments of challenge, but across the natural rhythms of your life.🌿 What this space offers
This is not about constant intensity or pressure to “work on yourself”.
It’s about having somewhere to come back to —
a place where you can pause, reflect, process, and move forward in a way that feels grounded and true to you.Over time, this allows for:

We’ll schedule one session per fortnight to allow time between sessions for you to take action and digest what you’ve been learning.

Half-Day Reset Immersion
A calm, focused half day to pause, take stock, and realign what matters.
Spend half a day with me in a beautiful, quiet setting in South West London — away from the noise of day-to-day life — creating space to reflect, reset, and move forward with greater clarity.
This immersion is designed for people who are thoughtful, capable, and often carrying a lot, and who sense that something needs attention, even if life looks fine on the surface.
The work is held carefully and at a pace that respects your nervous system, so change can happen without overwhelm.
Your half-day immersion includes:
An honest audit of where you are now
We’ll explore where you’re currently at across the key areas of your life, and where you’d like things to feel different — with curiosity rather than judgement.
Reconnecting with what you actually want
We’ll slow things down enough to listen beneath the noise, paying attention not just to your thoughts, but to the quieter emotional cues that often get missed.
A focused exploration of the areas asking for change
Using a simple Wheel of Life framework, we’ll identify the areas that feel most out of balance or ready for a reset, and clarify what change would realistically look like.
Understanding what’s been holding things in place
We’ll look at the emotional, protective or habitual patterns that have made change difficult in the past, working with them gently rather than pushing against them.
Careful integration at a deeper level
Where helpful, we’ll use guided processes to support integration, helping insights land in a way that feels embodied and sustainable, not just understood intellectually.
A grounded, realistic plan forward
You’ll leave with a clear, compassionate action plan — shaped by what’s genuinely workable for you, not by external expectations or pressure.
How this work is held
This immersion is grounded in many years of experience supporting people through change, transition and uncertainty.
My role is to notice when to slow things down, when to go a little deeper, and when to keep things practical — always with care, choice and safety at the centre.
We won’t open anything unnecessarily.
We’ll work with what’s ready.
A gentle note
This is a soft reset, not a dramatic overhaul.
The intention is not to fix everything, but to create meaningful movement in the areas that matter most — in a way that feels steady and contained.
What is coaching?
Coaching is a transformational process, a powerful and unique way of working with people in order to help them to reach their potential, learn about themselves, achieve their goals and overcome any obstacles in the way. The partnership between coach and client facilitates the client finding their own answers and wisdom and this is based upon the premise that we each have unlimited potential.
A great coach will tap into this inner potential through listening intently and asking key questions to unlock answers and draw out the insights which are then acted upon. Coaching motivate the client towards their end goal, breaking it into smaller steps and eventually helping them to move outside of their comfort zone and into their desired outcomes. A good analogy for coaching is a sat nav - The client is driving the car, completely in control and free to take which route they choose and the coach is like the GPS, offering them a route to take without taking over the steering wheel!
