All of my coaching packages will take you through these 3 steps:

I’ve designed my coaching packages based on years of experience working with clients as a therapist and coach . I’ve built up a huge library of resources that I’m so excited to share with you. When you work with me as your coach, expect me to hold your hand and give you a kick up the backside when necessary!

  • Before you make any change it’s important to look at the foundations. You wouldn’t start building your dream house on uneven ground, would you? You wouldn’t plant a beautiful sunflower in infertile soil. When we look at foundations we create the right conditions for you to grow and flourish in.

    You’ll establish new routines and habits that energise you and allow you to move forward confidently.

    We’ll optimise your self-care to enable you to focus on what’s really important and go after it. It’s the difference between running a 100m race as someone who’s unfit and doesn’t exercise versus running that same race after some training, eating the right nutrients and mentally preparing.

    While creating solid foundations, we’ll work on how to maintain the changes you decide to make and provide you with stability for any wobbly moments on the journey (which you will inevitably encounter – it’s just human nature).

    A big part of foundations work is weeding! In this case, it means identifying:

    • Mental blocks

    • Fears

    • Limiting beliefs

    • Past experiences getting in the way of your current goals and dreams.

    We may need to do some ‘ghostbusting’ and clears out old ghosts from the past that are haunting your present.

    We’ll begin by looking at:

    Anything that’s draining your energy or getting in the way of motivation

    Negative habits (or habits that no longer serve you)

    Procrastination

    Self-sabotage

    See this as a spring clean for the soul! You’ll emerge shiny and clean and ready for stage 2: Clarity.

  • What do you really want? This is a question many people are stuck on. We’re told we can have it all but at what cost? Is there always a payoff? I believe that getting to a point of clarity is a PROCESS. All that weeding we’ll have just done will 100% help with this. 

    We’ll explore and identify your values and will look at how your goals fit in with your whole life. We’ll tap into your inner resources – your future self and your inner guide to ensure that when you move forward you are coming from a place of total alignment. Finding clarity is fun! We’ll get creative via vision boarding and visualisations and ensure you have a really solid and compelling vision to work towards.

  • Now we start to move into the direction of your dreams! We’ll collaborate on an action plan with small consistent and aligned steps. We’ll work on blocks as they arise and correct course where necessary. I believe that action follows insight and you’ll have had a multitude of these insights in Steps 1 and 2! Now is the time to move and grow into your best self.

    During your transformation, I’ll be your biggest cheerleader, challenging you at times and helping you with accountability every step of the way. You’ll emerge clearer, happier, healthier and with more confidence than ever before, feeling fulfilled and in love with your new life.

In our first session we will identify your priority areas – if you know beforehand then even better! If you don’t, fear not. We’ll figure it out together.

Examples are: changing careers, attracting a healthy relationship, getting on the property ladder, landing your dream job, launching a business, achieving your health and fitness goals, creating work-life balance, turning your passion into a job, achieving and financial health.

  • The 3-month program

    Work on 1-2 areas of your life.

  • The 6-month program

    Work on 2-4 areas of your life.

  • The 12-month program

    Work on ALL areas of your life – the whole shebang!

What you get

I offer a mix of Zoom and in-person sessions. 

We’ll schedule one session per fortnight to allow time between sessions for you to take action and digest what you’ve been learning.

What is coaching?

 

Coaching is a transformational process, a powerful and unique way of working with people in order to help them to reach their potential, learn about themselves, achieve their goals and overcome any obstacles in the way. The partnership between coach and client facilitates the client finding their own answers and wisdom and this is based upon the premise that we each have unlimited potential.

A great coach will tap into this inner potential through listening intently and asking key questions to unlock answers and draw out the insights which are then acted upon. Coaching motivate the client towards their end goal, breaking it into smaller steps and eventually helping them to move outside of their comfort zone and into their desired outcomes. A good analogy for coaching is a sat nav - The client is driving the car, completely in control and free to take which route they choose and the coach is like the GPS, offering them a route to take without taking over the steering wheel!
