A little about Kate

I’m a Therapist and Life Coach helping people to get unstuck in life, love and work. I help my clients to find clarity, empower themselves and move forwards - whether that’s overcoming burn-out or anxiety, gaining confidence, becoming more assertive, ditching unhealthy habits and relationship patterns or changing to a more fulfilling career. The pressures we face in modern times are unprecedented and off the scale! I give people tools to navigate life and to not only get through it but thrive too.

One to one sessions

I’m client focused meaning we take some time to figure out what you want to achieve and work collaboratively to get there. We’ll figure out if it’s therapy or coaching you need. It’s your therapy or coaching and you are an absolute part of the process we enter. We work towards achievable results set by you. I use various different techniques to help you work through the blocks and towards your desired goal. For example, if you are struggling with self- confidence, I will select appropriate methods that fit for you to help you let go of old beliefs and patterns that are holding you back and help you move towards a stronger, more confident self.

One of my aims is to leave people in a better state than which I found them. Some of the work we do may be challenging or painful- it’s natural to feel a bit wobbly when we look at ourselves and our feelings closely – but this is a necessary part of the healing and growth process. Be prepared to be gently nudged outside of your comfort zone. The past year has brought a lot to the surface for so many people – I see it as an opportunity to clear some old fears and limiting beliefs while gaining clarity on what is important now and what you want from your life- then taking aligned steps to go and get it!

With workplace wellbeing now becoming a priority for many companies, I offer group workshops and 1:1 sessions to meet the variety of needs workers face. I can work with companies 1-2 days per month to offer coaching wellbeing on whatever your team members need – whether it’s anxiety, burnout.
