A One Day Retreat For Business Owners
When did you last spend some quality time with your business? Are you always so busy working IN your business and feel you never have time to work ON your business? Perhaps you have a load of ideas that have never seen the light of day. Like any relationship, the one you have with your business needs some TLC in order to flourish.
I’m offering you something new - this is not your typical “strategy day” in fact, I’m not using any of that corporate chat!

Wherever you are, I’ll be offering you tools to connect to your inner wisdom and gain insights as well as connect to the needs of your business in a whole new way and unlock more love, more ideas, more motivation which in turn will impact your success because it is coming from a place of connection with heart and soul and not from a place of hurried and poor quality ideas.
Imagine this - you’re trying to come up with new ideas but you’re in a coffee shop with other people’s kids shouting and people having loud Teams meetings - or you’re at home staring at the same four walls - a pile of distractions poking at you every few minutes. This is not conducive to creating anything of real meaning or value.

You have some gentle guidance nudging you into meaningful dialogue with your vision, your creative spark, your needs. You have the space to do some quality thinking, enjoy some lightbulb moments and then work on an action plan to birth them into the world. You fall back in love with that vision you had to create something the world needs, in alignment with your gifts whilst getting out of the rat race and being your own boss.

The day retreat with Kate was exactly what I needed. It was really powerful to take time out and work with others to get perspective and clarity on where I am at and what I need to do next. The venue was gorgeous and had tons of inspiring places to sit and reflect and plan. Kate's approach is super compassionate and positive and the day was balanced between group and solo time. Brilliant!

Kate ran a cracking retreat. It gave me the time to stop and think about the direction I'm taking my business. It's not very often you get that peace and time to pause and think. And to be honest I wouldn't have normally thought about going along to something like that, but I'm glad I did. I went with concerns, worries, ponderings and we managed to work through all of those on the day. The 1:1 coaching time with Kate was vital to the success of the day as well.

I really enjoyed Kate's "A Date with your Business" workshop day. The group was super lovely and Kate was an amazing host, guiding us through different exercises the helped me get some clarity for my next steps in my business. The location was stunning as was the food provided and I already signed up for the next "date". Can't recommend it enough!
