Combining guided meditation, energy cleansing, breathwork, journaling, ritual to embody new beginnings and ending with a fully immersive, deeply relaxing and highly restorative Crystal bowl sound bath. You’ll leave feeling grounded, balanced, lighter & energetically restored as your nervous system has calmed on a cellular level and you have connected to your creative and joyful nature. We will also give you tools to take away to help you to embody the shifts you have made and move forward intentionally. We will have yoga mats and props here and provide hot drinks and snacks. All you need to bring is yourself, a bottle of water, journal and pen, openness and be wearing something comfortable.
